01 / THE COMMERCIAL SHIFT

Your storefront is no longer
the starting line.

Customers can describe what they need before choosing a brand. Agentic commerce brings discovery and comparison into that conversation. The opportunity: make your catalog useful at the moment a buyer is deciding.

That is why we are doubling down on Shopify readiness. A strong storefront still matters. So do accurate product data, clear policies and a buying experience that works after the recommendation.

02 / WHAT IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE

One shift.
Different buying paths.

Source-checked October 10, 2026. Availability depends on your market, products and platform.

ChatGPT

Discovery → your checkout

OpenAI sends buyers to merchant-owned sites or apps to complete purchases. Shopify catalogs are already integrated; no separate OpenAI application is required. Shopping is currently available to US users.

Eligible embedded checkout

Google’s UCP checkout supports participating merchants and eligible products in the US, Canada and Australia. Access is selective, not a feature every Shopify store can switch on.

03 / GOOGLE UNIVERSAL CART

Less tab switching.
More buying intent.

Google announced Universal Cart to bring products from different merchants into a shared shopping journey. Its announced rollout starts with Search and Gemini in the US, with YouTube and Gmail to follow.

Participating checkout experiences use Google Pay or send shoppers to a merchant’s site. Readiness starts with checking what is available to your business today.

A clear path from interest to order

THE INEXXUS AGENTIC READINESS INDEX

One score. Four places to improve.

AI shopping channels don't read your store the way a person does. They read your catalog, your markup, your policies and your checkout path. The iNexxus Agentic Readiness Index scores each one from 0 to 100, so you know where to start and can measure what changed.

The Index is an iNexxus diagnostic, not a Shopify, Google or OpenAI rating. It does not predict rankings or sales.

04 / FROM READINESS TO EXECUTION

Make the next move
a practical one.

01

Catalog & product feeds

Audit titles, variants, identifiers, imagery and attributes. Resolve mismatches in pricing, availability and feeds before scaling distribution.

02

AI shopping visibility

Review crawl access, product markup and buyer-focused content. Test representative shopping questions and document where your products appear.

03

Channel & checkout readiness

Check Agentic Storefronts and Merchant Center eligibility. Test available handoffs, mobile checkout, shipping and returns with your team.

04

Measurement & next steps

Establish an AI referral baseline, prioritize fixes and track qualified visits and orders. Separate observed results from assumptions.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Start small. Go as far as the data supports.

Each step has a fixed scope and a clear stopping point. You can finish after any of them.

01

Scan

Free

Best for: any Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce or custom store that wants a baseline.

02

Audit

Fixed fee, quoted after Scan

2 weeks

A manual review of your catalog, markup, channel eligibility and checkout handoff, with representative shopping questions tested. You receive a prioritized roadmap, ranked by effort and expected impact.

Best for: brands that want a clear plan before spending on fixes.

03

Sprint

Fixed fee, quoted after Scan

4 to 6 weeks

We implement the roadmap: feed corrections, product data and markup, channel setup, checkout handoff fixes, and measurement.

Best for: teams that want the fixes done and verified, not just listed.

04

Run

Monthly retainer, scoped after Audit

Ongoing feed health, platform changes, AI referral reporting and quarterly re-scoring. Platform rules in this space change often, and this keeps you current.

Best for: brands that want to stay ready as channels evolve.

Pricing reflects catalog size and number of markets. Sprint and Run are scoped after an Audit.

What the Audit delivers.

  • Your Readiness Index score, by pillar
  • A catalog findings log: what's wrong, where, and how to fix it
  • Channel and checkout eligibility review for your markets
  • Results from representative shopping-question tests
  • An AI referral measurement baseline
  • A prioritized roadmap with owners and effort levels
  • A 45-minute walkthrough with the person who ran it

Clear limits, on purpose.

  • We don't guarantee AI recommendations, rankings or sales.
  • We don't promise access to channels or checkout programs that platforms haven't opened to your store or market.
  • We don't buy or manipulate reviews, or spam AI systems.
  • We don't recommend replatforming unless the evidence supports it.

Every engagement has a defined scope and an exit point. The Scan is free, and the Audit is a standalone deliverable you can take to any team to implement.

Before you begin.

What is Shopify agentic commerce?

AI assistants help people discover, compare and buy products. Shopify connects eligible catalogs with AI shopping channels through Agentic Storefronts. The purchase experience depends on the channel and merchant eligibility.

Can customers buy inside ChatGPT?

OpenAI currently prioritizes product discovery and merchant-owned checkout. Customers complete purchases on a merchant’s website or app. OpenAI is moving away from standalone Instant Checkout.

Does every Shopify store qualify for Google AI checkout?

No. UCP-powered checkout is available to select merchants. Google’s eligibility guidance covers participating products in the United States, Canada and Australia. We check your store, market and channel before recommending implementation.

Do I need to move my store to Shopify?

Not necessarily. Shopify’s Agentic Plan supports businesses on other commerce platforms. We assess your existing stack before recommending a migration.

Can you guarantee AI recommendations or sales?

No. We improve product data, technical readiness and measurement, then test what changes. Platform decisions and buyer demand remain outside our control.

What do you need from me for an Audit?

Read-only access to your store admin and Merchant Center, if you use it, plus your target markets. We don't need payment or customer data.

How is this different from a normal SEO audit?

SEO audits focus on search rankings for pages. This focuses on whether AI shopping channels can read, trust and hand off your products, including feeds, eligibility and checkout.

Can I hire you for the Audit only?

Yes. The Audit is a standalone deliverable. Many teams implement it themselves.
